We’ve been making Rash Vests in Australia for our Surf Club, Swim School, Aquatic centre, Tourism, Education and government  clients for over 50 years! 

And almost every Rash Vest we do is custom designed for the client. Whether it’s a simple logo, a custom colour or a full sublimated design we’ve probably seen it and done it before.

Our Custom Made Rash Vests are made using chlorine resistant silk touch Australian lycra for  performance fit and 50+ UV protection. Which all means they’re tried and tested to last the distance at the beach or in the pool, whilst being soft and brilliantly comfortable.

One of the main advantages of making our Rash Vests in Australia, using Australia woven lycra  is speed. We’re able to turn around on lead times overseas suppliers can only dream of.  And with many of our sewing team having been in the business for 20+ years we can do it fast without compromising quality.

That really depends on the volume, the size range and the design you’re looking at. And despite being made in Australia, we’re very competitive on price (even if flexibility, design help, customisation, support are often higher priority for our clients).
